Well, it’s not just about marketing your business to get in a new enquiry, it’s then continuing to market and nurture your relationship when they are a customer, so you encourage them to buy more from you and refer others to do the same.

I wrote this book to share ideas that my wife and I have implemented in our businesses and with our clients in the hope that it will encourage you to do the same.
